Veggie, Gluten-Free Pasta


Lunch Menu:
Corn Pasta (the only ingredient is Organic Corn Flour...really.)
Sauce:
Garlic
Tomato Puree
Basil
Spinach
Bella Mushrooms
Red Onions
Oregano

Almost an entire jar of leftovers! YUM.

Do the gluten free noodles taste good? like regular noodles? Do they make gluten free wheat noodles?

They do taste good! I'm pretty sure, if it has wheat, it has gluten...so, I don't think gluten free wheat noodles exist. (I actually think the corn noodles taste better than wheat noodles!)
